Amy Tejeda is The Working Mom Coach, a Christian Relationship Coach specializing in working with Professional Working Moms and Mompreneurs who are juggling work and family so they can feel more energized, less stressed and more connected to their loved ones. Her programs, coaching offerings, and trainings help crazy busy moms to develop their own unique visions, build on their strengths, learn effective communication skills, improve work performance, and to maximize their professional development all while

balancing personal goals and home life.

 

As a Marriage and Family Therapist turned Coach, Amy’s passion is to inspire people to have strong and enduring relationships through better communication and increased understanding of one’s self and others. She has presented nationally to general audiences speaking on the topics of Couple Communication, Fair Fighting, the DiSC model, and Social Style. She is a trained COUPLE COMMUNICATION Instructor, and a certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator.

 

Clients and colleagues call Amy “infectiously positive and enthusiastic, a thoughtful listener, energetic, compassionate, insightful and motivating.” They appreciate the complete devotion Amy gives to helping them achieve their own personal and professional best, in their careers, marriages and as moms. She is spiritually-gifted as an encourager and a leader.

 

Amy considers herself blessed to be able to work from her home office in the Orlando area where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Alejandro and their two children. When she isn’t working or driving kids around, you will find her reading one of the 15 books on her bedside table, having fun with friends and family, cooking or traveling.

 

Amy co-owns Inspire Teach Lead, a company based in Orlando, FL, which offers powerful and interactive speaking, training and coaching for churches, sales teams, businesses, groups, families and individuals.

Education & Certifications

Amy has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University.  Her coach training is through the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) with pending certifications as a Relationship Coaching Specialist (RCS), recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors/Center for Credentialing & Education (NBCC/CCE), and as a Board Certified Coach, recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
